Tidelands Boathouse a special place

Tidelands Boathouse is a detached property, well equipped for two people. The ground floor is open plan lounge/ kitchen which overlooks the river from a large picture window.

Ground floor

The lounge area has two sofas, a bespoke coffee table, wall mounted TV, Netflix, free WiFi, Bose Soundtouch Speaker, Tourist information folder, walking books,  maps, Tide table and a cupboard with binoculars, games etc for cosy nights in or rainy days.

A breakfast bar separates the lounge and kitchen, with two swivel bar stools. Kitchen has an integrated Fridge, Dishwasher, Oven, Hob and Microwave. There is another free standing Fridge Freezer along with a Washer/Dryer. Nespresso Vertuo Plus Coffee Machine, Aeroccino, Toaster and Kettle. You will also find oven gloves, tea towel, hand towel, dishcloth, wash up sponge and a supply of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, cooking oil, salt, pepper, cling film, foil, oil, coffee, tea, sugar, coffee pods, coffee mate, kitchen roll and bin liners.

Off the lounge area is the toilet/shower room with towels, supply of toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel, hand wash and hand lotion.

First floor

The bedroom with large built in wardrobe, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, hot water bottle. Book console headboard with selection of books, chest of drawers, mirror, dressing gowns, slippers,  king size bed with bed linen provided, TV, French doors with Juliet balcony, views over the river and giving a light airy feel, three velux windows with roof blinds.

Outdoors

The property is accessed by foot (5 minutes) from Coombe Cellars Car Park. (Free)
Behind the property is a seating area and a wood fired hot tub with a canopy over. To the front there is a patio area with patio table, chairs and sunloungers, BBQ is also available along with kayaks.

A double gate leads out onto the foreshore and if our floodgate is in, there is a small gate on the side of the property to access the foreshore.
